Description

Problem description To the author's knowledge, there is limited work to the knowledge description in today's telecommunication networks, let alone the knowledge pattern.
Solution description We observed and summarised an repeating pattern during the ontology construction process for the telecommunication networks.
Implementation workflow This pattern is published along with the ontology ToCo, which has been implemented in several projects by various academic group.
