I think that the natural way to do that in this wiki is to use the e-mail features provided. The steps could be those:

• Create a new wiki page named Community/Newsletter/<date or title>
• edit the article with an ask query that collects the last <n> news
• Creating a template for the result to use in the ask query. This template will simply transclude each news wiki page, with some formatting...
