Title: Change modeling issues domain property
Description: The Domain property for modeling issues should be a new one called ModelingIssueDomain, or IssueDomain, analogous to OntologyDomain. The data needs to migrate. The reason is that the current infotip is incorrect.
I would do this myself, but the last time I tried, I lost some data.
Sub-tasks: This task has no sub-tasks
The reason is that the current infotip is incorrect.
Why this needs to refactor the property?
The refactor can be done for general consistency, maybe, but can you point to the page with the wrong infotip?
