Tasks/Make Legacy Reference fields read-only

Title: Make Legacy Reference fields read-only

Description: Until the refactoring is complete,we do not want anyone to enter more data into the different reference fields. Can these be turned off to be read only?

Sub-tasks: This task has no sub-tasks

I had setup the Web reference and Other reference fields as 'read only' in all forms
