1. Click: Special:RequestAccount. You can also achieve this by clicking the small font "Log In" link in upper right of screen and select option to request an account
2. Enter your information and hit the Request Account button.
3. Go to your email box and find the email from ODP Administrator (it should be there immediately)
4. Click the a identify confirmation link in that email
5. Wait for a follow-up email that gives you a password. Check SPAM Folder. This will happen after a moderator confirms your registration.
