Meaningful links

Title: Meaningful links

Description: Text used for links should be meaningful enough to make sense when read out of context - either on its own. For example, in HTML, write "list of domains" instead of "click here". This is a good practice in terms of designing web pages. This problems is detected at least in the following URLs:

http://ontologydesignpatterns.org/index.php/Submissions:Main : a link is named “Here” and other “domains”, the last one can be changed for “list of domains”

http://ontologydesignpatterns.org/index.php/Submissions:ProposeCP : the link named “list” can be changed for “list of domains”

http://ontologydesignpatterns.org/index.php/Reviews:Main : a link is named “Here”

http://ontologydesignpatterns.org/index.php/Community:Main  : a link is named “Here”
