Title: Change the range of the Scenario property
Description: We have to change the range of the scenario property from Text to Page. The values have to be pages of category Scenario. The form for proposed CP submissions will continue to have the field 'Scenarios' but now the values assigned to this field will be scenario pages. This task can be fixed once the migration to scenario pages is finished.
