Tasks/Create References Tab
Title: Create References Tab
Description: Users will expect to be able to edit ontologies and patterns etc. in one place. It is confusing to be in edit mode, but to have no way to add references. To do that, you have to go to the place where you view but not edit.
I think it would be easier and cleaner to have a references Tab for references, so they do all editing in one place.
