GUI should state root path of ODP Categories

Title: State full ODP Category root-path on all concrete ODP pages.

Description: Regarding the overall GUI, on the actual concrete pattern level, there should always be the full root path to the OPD Category visible, either on the page header or in the url. E.g. on http://ontologydesignpatterns.org/wiki/Submissions:Class_Union state within this page that it is under ./Alignment ODPs/
