Long Description

The developed EchoCareer can match the competencies defined in the resumes of hearing-impaired individuals with the required competencies in current job postings and generate job recommendations suitable for impaired individuals for integration into semantic-based JRS solutions. JRS developers can integrate the EchoCareer ontology into their own JRS solutions as an ontology knowledge base. Additionally, they can define appropriate semantic rules on their inference module to develop original job-candidate matching modules.
